Under the new stewardship of Erich and Brandi Arvidson since 2022, our store continues to uphold the legacy of its founders, driven by a dedication to excellence and a deep-rooted history in appliance repair and servicing. Erich's passion for this craft was inspired by his experiences in his father's mechanic shop, shaping our ethos of reliability and expert service.

• Chris Pratt, Chandler Schwerdtfeger, and Jeff Jackson, our Appliance Repair Technicians, combine their extensive knowledge and expertise to address any challenge, embodying our commitment to quality and reliability.
• Jimmy Snoddy our lead Installer, alongside Marvin Early and Tyler Stretz, our Install Assistants, guarantees that your appliances are not only delivered but are fully operational and perfectly integrated into your home.
• Becca Chick, our Office Manager, ensures the smooth operation of our store, from customer service to the coordination of our  ervices.
